VBR Console Update Incredibly Slow

After upgrading from 13.0 to latest, first launch of the console on Windows 11 is taking well over an hour to complete - there are progress bars moving and different components changing so it's not completely stalled, but the pace is truly unacceptable. I thought maybe I should just download the standalone console package from my.veeam but that's still showing 12.3.0.310. Next I tried pulling the console from the full installer ISO but it's not there either.

Can Veeam please address this issue? Probably the easiest way would be to update the standalone console on my.veeam and add a note about upgrading the console.

That sounds unexpected. The console update should not take that long. I recommend checking if you have set the Antivirus exclusions as recommended.
If the antivirus exclusions do not help, please open a support case and let me know the case number.

We can consider that, but the issue still needs to be investigated. Our goal is to ensure that it works out of the box, without requiring customers to visit the website and download an installation file for manual installation.
On the first connection to an updated backup server, the console should automatically be updated (console + plugins).
