one of the Exchange DAG Backup failing with BAD Blocks error

Hi,
one of the Exchange server backup failing with below error.

25-03-2025 16:04:46 :: Error: Cannot process pending I/O request (offset: 217173721088, size: 65536): async reader terminated
Corrupted block processing thread failed unexpectedly
Failed to upload disk. Skipped arguments: [EmulatedDiskSpec>];
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
Exception from server: Cannot process pending I/O request (offset: 217173721088, size: 65536): async reader terminated
Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [7360].
Failed to download disk 'f1947d83-a506-4833-87c9-dc41888e474b'

i have opened support case and they asked to run chkdsk, but no luck and Dell support checked and told that no bad blocks they found in disk.
