Veeam For AWS-Deleting Backup-Broken Chain
I have a problem where backups were deleted directly from an S3 bucket, and I no longer would like the backup chain to show up for the specific bucket within the Veeam for AWS appliance. When attempting to remove the backup from Veeam for AWS, it can not find the backup ID. Also, something else that I did before removing the data from s3 was that I copied the folder that contains the backups to another s3 just in case this were to happen. Furthermore, I have terabytes of data the I do not want to copy back to the source bucket in order to troubleshoot this. Is there some file or an SQL command that can be ran on the appliance to remove the affected backups ? Should I query the backup using sql and then remove the serialized information from the database table ?

Hi Hector,
Sorry for the late reply. I would recommend opening a support case for this to get assistance on how to continue and resolve this. As custom queries may break more things.
