Feature Request - Last Backup time for deleted user

When wanting to restore a deleted user's mailbox, you need to know when they were deleted, so that you can choose the last backup in the date picker.
If you don't know this, you need to keep changing the date and searching for the user until you find their last backup to restore from. This could be added as another option on the search page.

It would be so much easier if there was a way to search for a users last backup time as the mailbox and user protection reports, only list current licensed users.

I don't really use the explorers , but cant you just add the option to show deleted items?

I can see the benefit of having a search option for specific objects such as a user and their last backup date.

I just realised, if you enable 'Include items deleted by user,' you can see the user's mailbox without knowing the last backup date. That's not real obvious.

Yes, that's the option i meant, sorry, I don't really work with vdc (yet).
The backend is just Veeam Backup for M365 tho, and it uses the same API and in the API that is the option needed to show deleted items.

I can see why it's not really obvious, and as far as I can see, its not mentioned in the helpcenter. Maybe that can ben added and clarified!

Yes, you're right – that's the button to use. I spoke with one of my VDC colleagues, and he has already submitted an improvement request for the UI text/label. Of course, we can update the documentation as well.

It would still be good to be able to report on last backup date for deleted users but this solves my immediate issue.

Another improvement would be if you could enable 'Include items deleted by user' before clicking on a user.
