Seeking dialog while restoring

Hello,

We want to recreate a faulty restoration in Veeam, but I can't seem to find the dialog where I originally made the mistake in the program.

Whenever I perform an Instant Recovery, the dialog to select older backups looks like this:

But the dialog I try to get is this one:

It is a backup from a Hyper-V Failovercluster.

Hi Markus,

Do you remember what type of restore you were testing before? Instant Recovery, Entire VM restore, Guest Files Restore, etc?

Second screenshot looks like a GuestOS Files Restore (FLR), which is what I think you want.

It was an "Instant Recovery" and the backup job included multiple virtual machines.

I am sure I had the second screen when I did an instant recovery of a full machine, not just files.

Is it possible you were in the Instant Disk Recovery wizard? It has a similar wizard to the screenshot you're looking for.

I'm not aware of Instant VM Recovery having the type of wizard as the 2nd screenshot you shared.

I am sure I did an Instant Recovery of a whole VM.

I'm afraid not, as I don't recall the Instant VM Recovery wizard having such a configuration. What was the issue you were trying to reproduce? Perhaps we can address it this way.

Without a recovery of multiple VM you won´t get to the point I am looking for.
