Missing Vib file recovery help

Hello, I have important backup taken with veaam backup from vmware in the past, i have .vib file only , is there any way to recover it ? i tried to restore i can able to see file list but at the end its not successfully restoring, is there anyone who can give me support or serivce to recover .vib file ? please reach me with pm

Hello, no it's definitely impossible to perform a recovery from VIB alone. VIB is an incremental backup, so a delta that is useless without base disk state it refers to. Thanks
