we are using the process as descripted in the KB 4632 (How to Investigate 'Encrypted Data Event' from Malware Detection).
I am wondering if there is a similar process available for Linux VM´s ?

Unfortunately we don't have an option for Linux machines yet.
But its on our roadmap (no ETA). I'll add your vote to the request.
