I carried out recovery tests for individual Outlook elements for a customer.
I noticed that a restore of a contact in the Outlook Web App is not visible in the “People” area!
But, the contact is found via the search bar.
The restore is performed without errors
I tried to recreate the scenario in my demo environment.
I had the same problem there.

When I connect to an Outlook desktop client, the contact is displayed correctly.

Unfortunately, the customer only uses the web version.
Does anyone have an explanation as to why the contact is not displayed correctly in the web app?
