Dear all,
We have a customer who have performed an upgrade of their Unity 480 to the last firmware version 5.5.
As mentioned in the compatibility guide from Veeam this version is not already support and the customer facing issues with the storage integration.
The backups based on the san integration mode aren't working anymore (in failover over network yes) and the connection to the Unity gives an error:
"Unable to validate the specified certificat. (Error Code:0x1000100)"
DO you have any update about the support of the version 5.5? Or maybe a workaround to recover the san integration?

Re: Veeam 12.3 and Unity version 5.5 --> SAN Integration down
We're yet to verify 5.5 itself internally to claim official support, but apparently, it drops support for TLS 1.0/1.1 while Veeam B&R by default uses a UEMCLI version that doesn’t support later TLS versions. In 12.3.1, though, we included a newer UEMCLI version so you can switch to it via the VNXeUemcliPath (REG_SZ) registry value - just specify the path to uemcli.exe there (should be something like C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup and Replication\Backup\EMC Unisphere CLI\5.4.0\uemcli.exe).
FYI - this is not an issue for the upcoming version 13, where we switched to REST.

I confirm that your workaround solves the issue.
The Unity integration works again.
