M365 Backup Mailboxes with Veeam and Boxafe in parallel

Hello Community,

currently I backup the mailboxes (Azure) with my NAS and the application Boxafe that is running on the NAS.
But for 2 mailboxes I need a retention time for 10 years.
I do not want to backup all mailboxes for 10 years only 2 of them.
Is it possible to backup only the 2 mailboxes with Veeam.
Can I use the existing Entra ID or secret or must I create a new one?

Hi Ralf,

Veeam can help you - it allows for protecting only selected mailboxes. To protect up to 10 mailboxes, you can even use our free version - Community Edition.
