Upgrading nosnap agent

Hi,

I installed nosnap Veeam agent in my cluster server.
When the agent version was old, the server was appeared as "Out of Date" from VBR console.
I asked to the support teams about upgrading and they answered as follows;
・When the upgrade is pushed from VBR, the nosnap agent will be replaced to the blk agent.
・No warning message about nosnap agent is probably displayed on the VBR.

I would like to request the following regarding the upgrade of nosnap agent.
・When I try to upgrade the nosnap agent from VBR, please display a message stating that the do not upgrade from the VBR, but from the command line in the agent-installed server.
・Please note that do not upgrade nosnap agent from VBR in the section about agent upgrade of User Guide.

Versions:

VBR: 12.3.0.310
Agent: veeam-nosnap-6.3.0.73-1.el9.x86_64
OS: Redhat 9.2

Hello,

During the rescan, VBR will not upgrade (or install) the agent; there will be a message that "Backup agent upgrade is not supported: no-snap agent detected.", as described here.

Here is a screenshot example from VBR 12.3.1:


I would recommend upgrading VBR and the agent to the latest versions.
