Storeonce Catalyst repositories in veeam stuck in sync
hi guys,
im using storeonce 5660. i have created a store, and then created two repositories inside that store thorough Veeam PowerShell. i have tried to rescan these repositories both through PowerShell and the GUI but both made the repositories to go unavailable in Veaam (taking a long time). The storeonce OS FW is 4.3.5, the Veaam is version 12. has anyone experienced the same thing?
regards,
LB.

Re: Storeonce Catalyst repositories in veeam stuck in sync
Hello,
It s an old thread but I have the ecact same issue on one customer with more than 100 repository on a storeonce with folder created with powershell too.
They appears as unavailable after a rescan but if I do properties on one and click on finish, it doesn t show anymore as unavailable.
If someone know why...
Not sure this thread is int the correct subcategory

Hi
Can I please ask you to open a case with our support and upload the logs. That would allow us to review those and see if something is wrong. Please share the case ID here as well.
@foggy for visibility
Thanks

Re: Storeonce Catalyst repositories in veeam stuck in sync
This is by design at the moment. StoreOnce doesn't have subfolders, so when you create the folder using the PS workaround, it shows fine in UI but if you do a rescan before placing any backups there, it will mark such repository as 'Unavailable' since there's nothing to rescan actually (no folder exists). Just a little UI inconvenience - when you start backing up there, everything will be fine including subsequent rescans.
