Vault Usage space has doubled

Hi there - We used Azure Blob storage for veeam backups for nearly two years and the storage used was only 7TB all during this time - two months ago we went to Veeam Vault and moved over the backup chains to Vault and over the last month the storage has nearly doubled and we are currently sitting on 15.1TB - Retention hasnt changed

I was thinking is this to do with the 30 day Minimum Retention?

Any idea why this is happening?

Unfortunately we cannot investigate your specific settings of your backup server through a forum topic. Therefore I recommend to continue with our customer support, as nobody in this forum will be able to troubleshoot your specific environment and configurations.

We also don't enforce minimum storage retention on VDC Vault service. Retention is controlled by your backup server.
The only thing I can think off is additional storage consumption when you use immutable backup repositories.
If your old Azure Blob Storage didn't had immutability, then you may see a difference in storage consumption with VDC Vault, because its requires immutable backups.
