There is currently no Veeam App for ServiceNow available in the SNOW marketplace.
Would be great to understand your requirements so we can look at them within our team.

Easy integration: Create SNOW tickets for failed and errored backups with list of effected devices

Hard integration: Log activities against objects in CMDB
