Yes, I have checked the local clock, it's correct. My suspicion classic date/time format issue.
I have tried the bare metal restore to Vmware workstation, Nutanix and physical workstation, always the same error.

The team behind this forum cannot investigate this issue, so I recommend continuing to work with our support team. Any private fix or solution will be shared through your support case.
Currently, I'm not aware of any known issues regarding the recovery media in v12.3.2. We did have a case with the same error message about a year ago, but in that instance, the customer had created the recovery media on a machine where the Windows time was set one day ahead of Azure. Recreating the recovery media on a Windows machine with the correct time settings resolved the issue for that customer.

Yes I will continue this with support, even though their first comment from them was asking me to check the clock at the cloud provider.
