We are using SureBackup to provide Virtual Labs to our application owners.
What would be the best way to provide them a way to start/stop their SureBackup job, without giving them direct access to the B&R server?
- B&R server is in workgroup mode
- Veeam One and Enterprise Manager are in our Active Directory domain

Re: User role for specific SureBackup jobs?
Hi mdippold,
Since you have Enterprise Manager, you could configure accounts in Enterprise Manager and then use Virtual Lab Requests. The end-users would request the lab from the Enterprise Manager web page and never have direct access to VBR.

Re: User role for specific SureBackup jobs?
This would work if I would create these accounts as Portal Administrators.
I'm looking for a way to restrict their permissions to just start/stop their specific virtual lab, preferably without an additional approval step.
