As my support case seems ignorere or stale - im trying in here to hope that someone listens.
we have been a VDC Customer for m365 for quote some time:
1900 mailboxes
8000 sharepoint sites
8000 <teams> as
And alot more.
But for approx a month ago - these issues about the throttling started and gotten horrible worse
Is other experincing this? and lack of support / Account manager offering help to mitigate the current issues and some point?

Throttling can occur for multiple reasons but the throttling comes from Microsoft.
I've reviewed the case notes and would ask you to continue working with support.
I'm sure you can appreciate that you wouldn't want me commenting on your tenant specifics publicly here, I'll ask for support to provide you an update alongside anything I may notice.
