VBR v12.3.0.310 to v12.3.2.3617 upgrade failing - possible sql related issue

Hi,
I am not sure if this is already on another thread or not but I am having issues on upgrading VBR to the latest version 12.3.2.3617.
Currently I am on version 12.3.0.310 and I have downloaded the latest ISO mounted it and run the setup as Administrator but when trying to upgrade it seems to be failing on the 1st step on PostgreSQL.
From what I have seen from the logs it might be the sole issue of psql authentication:

[27.06.2025 12:15:28]:[00000001] [VEEAM] ERROR [PGSQL] 28000: SSPI authentication failed for user "postgres" (Npgsql.PostgresException)
[27.06.2025 12:15:28]:[00000001] [VEEAM] ERROR [PGSQL] at Npgsql.Internal.NpgsqlConnector.<<ReadMessage>g__ReadMessageLong|223_0>

How can I tackle this issue? Can someone with experience or similar issue guide me through this?

Well that was fairly easy.
I just had to update pg_ident.conf username to the new server name and that worked like a charm.
