Migration from Veeam M365 to M365 Data Cloud

is it possible to migrate backups from Veeam M365 (native installation) to Veeam M365 Data Cloud?

If so, are there differences in using current repositories (on-premises storage, S3 storage) and is there any guidance?

There is a possibility, but you need to discuss this with your sales representative. There are limitation of what is possible and what is not, and it does require a process to do it.
