Hi,
Which is the most suitable report that can be used to lists all the actual backup file size for each individual VM on each day? For example, a report that will show all the Full, incremental, GFS (weekly, monthly) actual backup file size in GB that store on Veeam Vault for each VM.
Some report provides information about backup files stored on backup repositories in total but not showing individual VM backup file size on each day.
My management requested report that show the accurate actual backup file size for "each individual VM" on "each day" that backup direct to Vault, including the GFS (weekly, monthly) backup file size.
Any best report I can leverage on? Appreciate your feedback.

Re: Actual backup file size for individual VM on everyday
Hello,
I found the "Veeam Backup Files Growth" report might potentially meet my requirement.
I've tested this with 2 backup jobs selected, one job that backup direct to Vault and another job backup direct to Wasabi. However, after running the report few times, it is showing nothing in the top 10 jobs by Largest Backup File Size summary in the 1st page, more importantly it displays "No data available" on the next page.
2nd try, I selected All jobs and re-run the report, then it does give me the required restore point size (GB) and etc for jobs that backup to the Local repository, but NOT for the jobs that backup direct to Vault and others Cloud Object storage.
Anyone got the answer that does the report "Veeam Backup Files Growth" support reporting statistic data for jobs that backup direct to Vault and direct to Cloud Object storage? I can't find anything in the Veeam One reporting guide.
Appreciate your feedback.

Re: Actual backup file size for individual VM on everyday
Hello Apna,
Unfortunately, Veeam ONE v12.3 does not currently support Vault in the Backup Files Growth report. However, this limitation has already been addressed and is planned to be resolved in future versions.
In the meantime, the data you're looking for may be available in the following reports:
Immutable Workloads – the drill-down section includes historical data
Backup on Repository – provides aggregated insights
Backup Billing – may also contain relevant data
Please reviewing these reports to see if they meet your needs.
Thanks
