Hi all,
just a newbie question: how does network communication between Veeam and NETAPP components work in case of NAS filer backups?
Since SVMs have a specific network for NFS traffic, is it possible to force the Veeam proxy to use that network? Is it sufficient to place it on the same subnet?
Thank you
Marco S.

Re: NETAPP ONTAP - SVM network
Hi Marco,
Veeam will attempt to access the shares based on what you configure on this step. If both are selected, Veeam will try to access both SMB and NFS, and backup whatever it can reach. So in your case, simply de-select SMB, and you should be good to go.
