Have a bunch of VM's which are deleted from some time.
In VBR you can easily revoke these VM's but Veeam ONE will hold them. So now I get exceeded warnings.
Within this forum I cannot get a good answer how to handle or what time it takes before ONE releases licenses for deleted VM's.

Re: Veeam ONE license exceeded - cannot revoke licenses
Hello Da Li,
In Veeam ONE, license usage is tied to monitored objects, not just active backups. When a VM is deleted or excluded from monitoring, it can take up to some days for Veeam ONE to release the license automatically. This is because Veeam ONE retains historical data for reporting and trending purposes before purging it from the database.
Please check this user guide page.
Thanks
