Hi
Support Case #07786158
Since a few weeks, we are seeing a lot of warnings "Download timeout exceeded". Mostly OneNote files but also a pdf document.
Currently seen on at least 9 different tenants and seen on 2 completly different vb365 installations both on latest patch.
We do not want to surpress OneNote warnings as described in https://www.veeam.com/kb4529
Support tells us to create a Microsoft support case - we have not done this yet for those warnings. Does anyone has expirience with it, what will/can Microsoft do in such a case?
Or is this with the OneNotes a current known issue on Microsoft side? Or on the latest vb365 patch?
Thanks for any comment
Timo

Re: OneNote download timeout exceeded
The issue described in the KB was relevant for v7, while on v8 I have heard of any similar cases so far.
I'd suggest you follow the recommendation from our support team, and at the same time I'll check with our QA if they saw anything similar on v8.
