Ports and traffic flow

Post by davehill »

I've been asked what ports are needed for a client in a spoke account to be backed-up by veeam?

So..

I have Veeam in a central tools account and the data-movers are instantiated in the tools account.

Do the data-movers talk directly to the instances I'm backing up in the production accounts, or is it all control plane activity?

Hi Dave,

We have a page in our user guide regarding required ports. Does this help clarify your question?
