Starting a DC replica

I'm just wondering what will happen.

When restoring a dc, it will do a non-authoritative restore by default. But what happens if I turn on a replica of a broken DC?

Hello,

I think the behavior of failover is the same as during restore, but please allow me some time to run a few tests to confirm this.
