Is is possible to set the Veeam Backup for AWS virtual appliance to run in FIPS mode?
We are looking at deploying it into a FedRAMP environment, and this would be a requirement.
Thanks

Re: VBA appliance FIPS mode
Hi,
There is a section regarding VBR in the user guide on enabling FIPS mode. VB for AWS is normally compliant to FIPS as well.

Re: VBA appliance FIPS mode
Thanks for the response, but the link is to Veeam Backup & Replication 12 - VMware vSphere.
We are needing for the Veeam Backup for AWS virtual appliance to run in FIPS mode.
When we login to the appliance and check for "cat /proc/sys/crypto/fips_enabled", it seems that the appliance is not running in FIPS mode.
