How to implement Custom Text Banner on V13 appliance ?

As described in https://www.veeam.com/kb4458 you can set a Custom Text Banner which is then showed in every console.

How can we implement this on V13 appliance using config file ? Anybody already tried this ?

Are you referring to the Windows-based backup console?
Have you tried adding the key through the Veeam Host Management Web UI?

Hi all, I can confirm that modifying the config files does the job, also for the custom text banner.

Only thing I still have to test: when modifying and uploading a config file, this modification becomes active when the security officer approves these changes.
What will now happen when you don't have a Veeam SO configured during initial installation ?

Without a security officer configured, modifications done by host admins in the Host Management Web UI become active immediately.
Keep in mind that some changes in the configuration may require a reboot or backup service restart (similar to windows backup server).
