Yesterday I was trying to do a repair installation for the v13 VHR appliance (for whatever reason the password wasn't working anymore - anyway).
Unfortunately it simply stops with that error message
Ideas anyone?
And no:
. no veeamso existing
. no support as NFR license

Problem solved, thx a million to Vladimir Nikiforov (Support).
(Work around) Solution was Live OS ISO and following the procedure from KB4761 to reset the password. .Did not solve the reinstall issue though, but solving my needs pretty fast and successful.
