Veeam One |Feature Request | Regarding Reporting Format Changes Post Veeam ONE Upgrade to v13

We have recently upgraded Veeam ONE to version 13 and observed significant changes in the reporting format. Unfortunately, the new format has not been as effective or user-friendly for our operational needs.
In version 12, for example ‘VM Protection Report (VM Daily Protection Status)’ the weekly reports provided a consolidated view of VM backup statuses over the past 7 days, which was extremely useful.
Please refer to the below screenshot showing the V12 report format for comparison

However, this clarity and convenience seem to be missing in version 13.

We would like to raise the following requests and concerns:
1. Is it possible to restore the previous reporting format from V12 in V13?
2. If not, can Veeam provide a patch or workaround to replicate the old report layout and functionality?
3. These changes were not clearly documented prior to the upgrade, and we only became aware of them post-deployment.
4. Currently, we are not satisfied with the new reporting format or the usability of the Veeam ONE web interface, especially the reporting section.

We request guidance or support to help us regain the reporting clarity we had in V12.

Hello Pankaj,
We understand that a few reports where changed to fit the new reporting engine functionality, that allows with all possible customizations in terms of filtering, grouped visual data, etc. I remember discussing this specific report that looked like this in v12:


And now looks like this, same data but the dates are part of the rows, not as main columns:


There is no workaround, or immediate patch to fix this, but we can of course discuss again if there is a possibility to display the data as it was before, I will share more information as soon as I have it.

Regarding changes, Veeam ONE v13 What's New mentions the following:

NEW Veeam ONE v13 introduces a newly developed reporting engine, designed to deliver a faster, more
interactive experience based on modern technologies, moving away from traditional SSRS reports. All
Veeam-related reports have been migrated to this experience.

But maybe there is an opportunity to update as well the Release Notes to mention it there as well.
