Is the new PVE plugin version mentioned in https://www.veeam.com/kb4775 also available for V13?
I see issues backing up VMs from PVE using VBR V13 from a V9 host.

Not yet. Devs have actually created it but the required QA team has their hands full of 13.0.1 tasks so I'm not sure they will have a chance to ship it before 13.0.1, which of course just supports PVE V9 right out of the box.
