Hi,
I'm going through testing our V13 deployment of Enterprise manager an I've noticed an annoying quirk specific to Firefox.
If you go to the home page of enterprise manage in Firefox (latest version 143.0.3) and log on (either via SSO or with veeamadmin), then you are redirected to;
https://<veeam enterprise manager url>/index#!dashboard/lastday
Specifically in Firefox the screen remains blank until which stage as you hit f12 (for the debugging window).
I have removed cached objects etc and this makes no difference.
The same issue does not exist on Chrome or Edge.
Please can the UI be fixed so it works properly on Firefox.

No issue in my lab—Firefox works right away. I have version 143.0.4.
Please remember, this forum is not a place to report technical issues and potential bugs, and especially environment-specific issues.
V13 is a fully supported release and therefore all technical issues must always be investigated with our customer support team.
Please share your case number in the future when you think a technical issue is worth to be discussed in this forum.

thanks, I've got an open ticket on this; Case #07849389. The blank screen goes away when the window is resized so its not directly related to the debug window, but rather a problem with the javascript not refreshing the page on initial entry properly but I'll just continue working with support and update here when I have a resolution to help anyone else with the same issue.

After working with Allan in support, and countless numbers of tests/debugging on my side and re-installaiton, I believe I've been able to isolate the issue.
On all Veeam web pages there is a tag at the top of the html with this;
<!DOCTYPE html>
However once logged into enterprise manager that tag isn't present on the main enterprise manager html page.
This causes an error in Firefox if you look at the debugger;
According the dr google, there are all sorts of subtle differences in the way Firefox renders pages when in quirks mode.
Please can the front end developers of enterprise Manager UI modify all their web pages to make sure they start off with;
<!DOCTYPE html>
and publish an appliance update for EM so I can then retest.

Have you informed your support engineer about your findings, and has the issue been confirmed by our support team?
If so, your support engineer can (or I will) escalate the case to R&D and request an official fix, maybe even a private fix which can be provided to you.
QA will review the case and logs to determine if a private fix is necessary or provide workarounds until the issue is resolved in one of our upcoming updates.

thanks for opening a case. I have the same in my lab and informed support that you are not the only one. So far, nobody except you and me seem to be able to produce the issue. I can work around the problem by resizing the browser window.
My plan is to re-test after 13.0.1 was released.
