Move-VBRBackup
When both -WhatIf and -RunAsync are used, it does not honor -WhatIf. My backups were moved.
PLEASE document; PLEASE report to R & D.

Re: BUG: Move-VBRBackup
Hi nd39475,
Thank you for the report and sorry to hear about the troubles.
Tested quick and in fact it looks like the -WhatIf parameter is not respected at all, regardless of other parameters (tested on both 12.3.2 and v13)
Let me check internally and I will update the thread when I have more information.

Re: BUG: Move-VBRBackup
Discussed internally, and in fact it's expected behavior -- we will be updating the documentation to remove information on the -WhatIf part as it currently cannot provide meaningful information at this time.
For now expect that the Move-VBRBackup cmdlet will always initiate a Move backup session (same for Copy-VBRBackup)
