VeeamONE - Authentication failed. Please log in again.

After upgrading to VeeamONE v13.0.0.5630 and using a PostgreSQL database,

I am unable to log in via the browser using the URL below:

https://vi-monitor01.corp.com:1239/reports-view/templates/

I have added my user account to the local vi-monitor01 server Veeam ONE Administrators group.

The VeeamONE desktop app is working fine, no issue.



How to fix this problem?

Hello,
I cannot see the screenshot, please use imgbb. Have you tried to go to the main url without the reports-view etc part?

In any case this is not expected and if that doesn't work, I would suggest creating a bug and share the support case number here for us to see what is happening.
