Oracle Plugin failed on connect to socket by IP

Hi all!

I'm trying to configura a Oracle DB Backup usin Veeam Plugin for ORacle. This is the command I'm using to allocate channel, with oracle user:
rman target /
run {
ALLOCATE CHANNEL VeeamAgentChannel1 DEVICE TYPE SBT_TAPE
PARMS 'SBT_LIBRARY=/opt/veeam/VeeamPluginforOracleRMAN/libOracleRMANPlugin.so'
FORMAT 'c5754297-69aa-4f13-98d5-c8280d8022f0/RMAN_%I_%d_%T_%U.vab';
}

The plugin is running on AIX *

Please provide a support case ID as requested when you create a new topic about a technical issue. We cannot troubleshoot technical issues effectively over the forum posts.
