First a little bit of history.
I used to have a VMware server named AX which was decommissioned last year and
all traces removed from Veeam.
This year we are adding another Promox server and wanted to add it into our system
using the former VMware server name of AX.
When we attempted to add it to Veeam we received the error:
"Failed to register cluster. The Proxmox VE node AX has already been added to the backup infrastructure."
Server AX does not show up in the Backup Infrastructure at all.
I will just use another server name, but wanted to note the observation here.
Veeam version 12.3.2.3617

Re: Proxmox Unable to Add Server
Well I changed the server name to something different but still received the same error so
apparently this issue goes a little deeper.
