Hello All,
I'm working on deploying Veeam for AWS and need to plan around backing up SQL logs every 15 or so minutes. We're running sql on EC2
On-Prem VB&R essentially uses VSS to do this I believe but I dont know that Veeam for AWS can do the same.
It sounds like previously Veeam could not do this natively with only Veeam for AWS and that it also required either the veeam for windows agent or the SQL agent in addition to backing up the EC2 from the VB&R for AWS Console.
Is that still the case?
How is everyone handling the SQL log backups within AWS if you have rather large DBs?

Re: Veeam for AWS - EC2 Running SQL - Logs every 15
Hi,
Veeam Backup for AWS does not support this at the moment. Can you clarify if you are talking about EC2 instances with MSSQL installed or Amazon RDS?
