We currently have several AIX servers hosting Oracle databases. On these servers, Veeam Agent for AIX and the RMAN Plugin are installed.
To execute the RMAN backups, we use a Job Pre-script that injects the corresponding RMAN scripts before the backup process begins. Among the configured jobs, one performs the backup of Oracle logs, which runs every 3 hours, while another job performs the file-level backup, which runs every 6 hours.
The current issue is that at certain times of the day, both jobs overlap in execution, causing one of them not to complete successfully.
It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to run multiple jobs in parallel in future versions of Veeam Agent for AIX, in order to prevent this type of conflict and improve the efficiency of the backup process.

Re: feature request Veeam for AIX #03689078
Are these backups with the prebackup scripts initiated from the same Job as the File System backup? If so, I would try creating an RMAN Script with the required Channels/SBT configuration and configuring it to run via a schedule through cron.
