Hi,
Case #07881520
I'm new to deploy the VBR. We have installed VBR as per KB's and doing good. When we are trying to add Hyper-V standalone server the problem arises. It gives us error like:
The specified network name is no longer available.
Failed to copy file to the proxy host.
We have tried ping reachability, nslookup test and Hyper-V server is resolve successfully. Still we found this error while we are trying to add Hyper-V server. Is there any other steps or concept or configuration that we have missed. Please give me the solution(s).
Note: Hyper-V server is under domain address. And Firewall is turned off.

Re: Can't add Hyper-V standalone server into VBR!
Hi itan,
Please continue with Veeam Support -- we won't be able to meaningfully troubleshoot the issue over the forums.
Looks like Veeam Support is planning a remote session to review the issue more in depth, so best to wait and confirm on that.
If you have concerns on the processing of the case, use the Talk to a Manager button from the case portal. This will connect you with Support Management and they will review your case and if necessary allocate additional resources.
