Since the update to version 12.3.2.3617, one of my clients has been encountering errors during the backup execution of their Oracle VMs with AAP enabled.
We are getting the error:
"The RPC server is unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) Failed to finalize guest VSS Snapshot."
If we manually run a quick backup during the day, there are no issues — the job completes successfully.
The VBR server has been updated with the latest available patch, but the errors persist.
