Oracle Truncate Log failed

Since the update to version 12.3.2.3617, one of my clients has been encountering errors during the backup execution of their Oracle VMs with AAP enabled.
We are getting the error:
"The RPC server is unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) Failed to finalize guest VSS Snapshot."
If we manually run a quick backup during the day, there are no issues — the job completes successfully.
The VBR server has been updated with the latest available patch, but the errors persist.

Let's wait for a reply from the support team. I don't think we can effectively troubleshoot this technical issue through forum posts.
