Upgrade to Backup V13

I have downloaded the latest ISO for Veeam Data Platform V13 to upgrade my V12 Backup & Replication server.

But when I start setup.exe I get the message

Code: Select all

Veeam Data Platform 13 - Premium Edition
Veeam Recovery Orchestrator cannot be installed on a server where other Veeam components are already installed.

I have no intension to install "Veeam Recovery Orchestrator"

What is wrong? Where can I find a download for only Backup & Replication?

You can find the downloads on the usual My Account, there you can see the VBR download only 16.6 GB, or the VDP 18.8:


Try that individual ISO

I just had the same problem, downloaded the premium ISO and had the same error when running setup. seems to be no option to install just VBR from that setup gui on the premium ISO. now downloading the one from the My Account section.

with the VeeamDataPlatformPremium_v13.0_xxx.ISO you'rent even able to install single components...
programfeatures page on setup is just automatically selected everything and no change to unselect, eventhough it could be possible..

not sure why this must be that "locked" ... i prefer to have one big ISO with all components and i can choose what i need, instead of having now 3 or 4 ISOs with me (VSA, VBR-Only, VONE, etc..)

Same happened to me yesterday, because the route I usually go through to grab the link is through the Pinned Forum post: veeam-backup-replication-f2/current-version-t9456.html

The link here when clicking on the "Installable Software for Microsoft Windows" for some reason is now the VDPP: https://www.veeam.com/products/data-pla ... p-download

That one will result in the: VeeamDataPlatformPremium_v13.0_20251118.iso
