Hi Team.
I am looking for a PowerShell script/command that retrieves the Linux OS type and version for servers within a Protection Group, similar to what is displayed in the Inventory → Protection Group section. Currently, the Get-VBRDiscoveredComputer -ProtectionGroup command only returns OperatingSystem as "Linux," but I want the detailed Linux distribution and version information shown in the GUI.
Is that possible with command line?

Re: Powershell command to extract Protection Group info
Hi MJL1495,
Dug in on this a bit and looks like not possible from Powershell or RESTAPI at the moment -- the property that gets translated into the human friendly operating system in the GUI doesn't look to be returned by Get-VBRDiscoveredComputer.
