Backup Enterprise Manger - Feature Request

Post by rhysgjones »

Hi Guys

Just wondering if there is any plans to introduce a version of Enterprise manager for SMB Service providers, We are a small company based In Brisbane Australia with about 30 clients running vmware and veeam and we would love a product to centrally mange and check the status of all our clients backup jobs from the one console, this could then send a daily email report to our techs aswell of all job status.

I would love to hear from one of the Product managers if there is anything like this planned

Regards

Hi Rhys,

Our current version of Enterprise Manager can already do everything you've just described. Could you please elaborate your feature request a little furhter?

Thanks!

Hi Vitaliy

Each of our clients run there own VMware and Veeam servers with there own licenses inside their own networks, these are all clients ranging from single hosts (2 VM's) up to 3 hosts (12 VM's), this would most likely require a push method of updating a central BEM server over the internet.

Hope this makes sense

Thanks

I'm still a bit confused, what "push method of updating a central BEM" are you referring to?
