Veeam Software Appliance (the B&R and Enterprise Manager servers) do not seem to have a way to add the local Active Directory certificate authorities. This should be added as soon as possible.
I had opened a case and it is tech support that told me this did not seem to be possible and to submit a Feature Request. If this is erroneous, please let me know how to do this.

Veeam B&R can work with certificates imported into the console but does not currently provide integration with third-party certification authorities. I’ll add your vote to this feature request. Thank you!
