Hello,
we had to move our on-prem mailboxes to a new on-prem Exchange server and a new database.
Now the Veeam server tells me, that we have a license over usage and the mailboxes are not backed up.
How can that be? The number of mailboxes is still the same.
How can we solve that?

Hi Stefan,
It could happen if mailbox IDs changed after the migration. Otherwise, I'd suggest you opening a support case and troubleshoot it with our engineers.
