Hi,
I have a question in terms of merging of a SQL DB into Postgresql.
I know there is a entry in the helpcenter:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbr/u ... tml?ver=13
But our purpose is a little bit different.
Currently the SQL DB ( SQL Full Version) is on seperate SQL VM.
We installed VeeamOne on a new VM . Now we want to merge the current SQL DB into a Postgre DB and want to use them local on the new VM.Is this possible?
Regards
Oliver

Re: Merge of a SQL DB into Postgresql
Hi Oliver
I’m not sure what you mean by “merging.” Merging typically refers to combining two datasets, but I believe you’re referring to a migration of the configuration database.
PostgreSQL is used in Veeam One only for the new reporting engine.
Best,
Fabian

Veeam One still requires a Microsoft SQL Server for its configuration database — a migration to PostgreSQL is not possible yet.We installed VeeamOne on a new VM . Now we want to merge the current SQL DB into a Postgre DB and want to use them local on the new VM.Is this possible?
