I am creating the first backup policy for a new tenant, and I am getting this error message: 'This organization has over 1000 users. Please contact Administrator for assistance. veeam data cloud'
The license type is Flex.
Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

The license was generated in the Pulse Portal and is points-based (Rental).

Update: Support ask to use the new Veeam Data Cloud Portal to onboard the customer.

Hi,
Please be aware that there is a technical lock when an organization exceeds 1,000 users, and another one at the 10,000-user threshold.
Both limits must be manually unlocked by Veeam. Therefore, it is critical to assess the M365 organization size beforehand so we can request Veeam to properly configure the environment.
