Dear all,
we are completely stuck with a CDP replica.
We have opened the support ticket #07974878 and it is still unsolved so far.
[Moderator: Replaced Support Id with Case Id]
we were carrying out some tests on our CDP replicas and we have just encountered a problem with the Domain Controller VM.
We tried to use the Application Item Restore of DC, using the usual wizard.
After we stopped it and closed the windows, the CDP Replica remained stuck at "Active" and it isn't on the Ready Tab (replica is still processing)
We tried these steps:
1. Restarted the Mount Service
2. Disabled and re-enabled CDP replica
3. Restarted the entire veeam server
but unfortunately nothing worked.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
I assume there is something to clean on the PostgreSQL database (in the past we did it for backups, but never for replicas)

Sorry to hear about the challenges -- unfortunately we won't be able to offer meaningful suggestions / troubleshooting over the forums so please continue with Veeam Support.
If you have concerns about the handling of the case, use the Talk to a Manager button from the case portal; you will be connected with Support Management, and they will review the case and allocate additional resources if required.
Unsure if this is an issue that requires a configuration database edit, but best to discuss the plan of action with Veeam Support.

Update:
I managed to solve it by deleting the database Row on table [removed by moderator] of our PostgreSQL on target VBR (cloud connect server)
After i did this, the replica showed the change to do "Undo failover" from tenant VBR Side.

Please note that edits to the configuration database without the supervision of Veeam Support are not supported and such environments with unsupported modifications may be marked as ineligible for further support.
I would advise consult with your Support Engineer or reach out to Support Management as advised earlier to discuss the edit you made and the case handling.
