In the Inventory section, VBR currently indicates whether a VM has been backed up at least once, but it does not show which backup job was responsible for protecting that VM.
It would be very helpful if the Inventory view could display the name of the backup job (or jobs) that have backed up each VM.
This would simplify troubleshooting, audits, and day-to-day operations by allowing Service Providers and administrators to quickly identify where a VM is being protected without having to manually search across multiple jobs.
This information would add valuable context and improve visibility within the Inventory section.

Re: Feature Request: Display backup job name for protected VMs in the Inventory view
Hi Bruno,
Thanks for the request — maybe we can consider this request for the new Web UI once the Inventory view was added.
I’ll discuss it with the team.
Best,
Fabian
