Any update on when kb4815 will be resolved?

I had a ticket on this issue in V12 and was told that it was fixed in V13, but when I was looking at documentation, I found kb4815 that indicates it is still an issue.

Looks like for now the workaround is disable the helper appliance on restore and a fix will come in a later release. I would try the suggestion in the article and wait on the next release to see if the KB is updated (subscribe to it is what I do).

The workaround does work but we cannot restore at scale without the helper appliances. The VBR server will get overwhelmed when trying to restore a large number of VMs at once. When the helper appliances can be used, hundreds of restores can run at once without overwhelming the VBR server. I was hoping to get an idea of when it might be resolved.
