All,
I have deployed a fresh 2022 server in Azure and installed VBR 12.3.2.4165. To my surprise the Microsoft Azure plug-in is missing, and the Kasten plugin too but I don't need that at the moment. I have created #07979002. I have installed a different vm in Azure to test, but I could not get it working. I checked all my other VBR servers, and most of them have the same issue.
Support supplied me with MicrosoftAzurePlugin_12.8.0.297, but that did not make any difference unfortunately. also this KB has been checked and did not turn out to be the case : https://www.veeam.com/kb4687
I found a thread here suggesting the run as should be local system, but that has not been altered and is still set as local system.
Anyone else seen this and have a suggestion on how to fix this?

right, I have found it. In my case it was the license that was wrong. By mistake I had put a cloud connect license in this machine.
